The New Ride - 2007 BMW M6

So here's the 2007 M6 I picked up this past Tuesday. It came with some crummy chrome rims that I rather despise - wasn't able to get the flaking chrome sanded off as well as I wanted, but the Plastidip at least helps somewhat. 48,000 miles, which is pretty low for a 2007.

Options: HUD, Comfort Access, HD Radio, Satellite Radio

Mods: M logo puddle lights, OBD2 Bluetooth, Black Grille

Plans: Exhaust, CAI, CF parts (maybe hood?), compound (once I get some of the new Menzerna 300 and a Flex buffer), coating (CQuartzUK), rims

So far I love it - a lot.

Sitting next to the 2002 Infiniti Q45 (F50).

Thanks everybody!

BSM. Hard as a rock. As to the CAI\CF, we'll see. Haven't found anyone that makes a good CF hood, so will probably give that a miss.

I have BSM. It's not too hard IME. Anyway, I'm not trying to come off as an A-hole, but you have a real nice car there. Please don't mess it up with aftermarket parts that won't add anything to the performance or appearance of your car.

There isn't a ton of these cars around and it's a future classic.
