First "racing" was in a self built down hill soap box type racer at age 7, by the time I was 16 was running around 1/2 mile dirt tracks, drag strips, on and on.

Even did some serious moto-cross racing, hare scambles, enduro's, etc.

The biggest "risk" I found in racing is that one's wallet becomes very empty.
