The happiest little Mazdaspeed 3!

A long-time client contacted me to come out to Sac and do his girlfriend's new MazdaSpeed 3. It was in fairly good condition being so new, but had some special dealer-applied wash induced swirls. There was also some buffer trails and holograms from a bumper repaint that was done.

A 1 step correction was selected and resulted in ~85% removal of swirls and light scratches. The paint was sealed with 2 coats of Zaino (Z5pro followed by Z2pro). Wheels and exhaust were sealed with Optimum Opti-Seal. A fairly simple paint correction detail still can yield excellent results. Total time about 7 hours.

Upon arrival, on a very warm Sacramento day...

Thanks for checking it out!

I did a regular Mazda 3 with a dark grey metallic paint. It's so nice to see that paint pop in the sun! I love how they look so happy with that front grille. Great job!

Looks great Jeff! Love that color too!

What you use for the 1-step? Power Finish?

Thanks Chad! Yeah it was Power Finish on LC orange.

I'm gonna guess 205 on orange :)

Paint looks super wet, and the tires look perfect. Nice work Jeff

Close....I tried 205 but it wasn't getting enough correction. Thanks!

The new Mazdas sure do 'smile' don't they!

They sure do!

Really great one step Jeff. Great depth and gloss on that. Do you like polyseal on wheels? I seem to get mixed results sometimes with alloy and usually end up going with fk1000.

Is that another name for Opti-Seal? I love using it on wheels. I find it brightens the wheel up a bit too. Numerous customers have mentioned that.

Thanks guys!
