The great P21s/S100 debate

I know there is a big debate on whether P21s wax is the same as S100. What I'm wondering is, are there cleansing lotions also the same? I know the P21S version has gotten great reviews, but the S100 version is the one I got from the Harley dealership.

P21S sell two 'very' similar lines one for motorbikes and one for car, only difference in these products is the packaging and price.

I would assume if they are not the same they are VERY close. FWIW I buy S100 and the wheel cleaning gel at the Harley store for less than half of what P21S wants before shipping charges.
