The Edge Pads

Do you guys dampen your pads when using to apply wax/sealants with the pc.I have The Edge pads and like to keep them damp when applying sealants etc. I usually dampen the pads about 3-4 times doing a full family sized car. So do you guys do the same and what benefits do you see.

I do keep the pad a bit damp. Makes it easier to spread in my view. However don't use too much.

I do my sealants by hand , but to answer your question . No I don't dampen my pads , never got in that habbit .
