I just wanted to take a moment to thank Ben for a quick resolution to a very minor dilemma. I was excited to get a chance to use and review the new HD Speed and Polish, and even more excited to see I was in the first batch to ship out. But after waiting a week and a half, I figured there must be an issue somewhere. I PM'd Ben and sure enough, my package was stuck in AZ I believe, and had been for about a week, possibly damaged in shipping.
So even though these were free samples and not purchases, Ben sent out another Polish and Speed for me to try and did it with expedited shipping. :rockon1:
This is incredible customer service, and I'm technically not even a customer! Thank you for going the extra mile Ben. I will be using both products this weekend and will have a short review of them soon!
