Just want to come out and say thanks to Ray for putting up with my crap about the reward points. We had exchanged a number of emails as well as PMs over the last few weeks and I was sometimes a little persistent when it came to me knowing something was up but couldn`t get an answer I was content with. I had another issue related to my account that let to me missing/losing a large amount of points (over 1000) and it went beyond simply just points expiring (sort of). Ray could of easily just ignored me and let "that guy" be, but he went through the trouble of going over my account thoroughly and finding the issue and correcting it.

Ray, you and the rest of the staff at ACC are doing an amazing job and your customer service is second to none. Thank you for being such a great company to deal with and I look forward to continuing to go through you for all of my detailing needs!

And sorry if I was being "that guy" about the points.
 
Don`t feel like the Lone Stranger, I sent out a few emails too. But I always kept in the back of my mind that Autopia has never given me any reason to doubt that they would make things right. It is very special to have that kind of working relations with a company nowadays. Just think if it would have been Amazon or EBay. Those companies don`t believe in personal customer service. Autopia has won my business time and time again.
 
Ray also took care of my vanishing points situation, he gave me a very detailed analysis. I never for a minute thought he wouldn`t fix the problem. I get the feeling that Ray thinks because I send him a PM I expect a response in minutes, he`s always apologetic for not getting back to me immeadiately. This isn`t the case at all, in fact my PM`s more often than not get sent over the weekend when he`s not there and I don`t expect him to respond until the first of the week. It`s just that I sit down with the site much longer over the weekend and place orders and ask questions while I`m there. Ray and Paul have taken care of any issue I`ve had. I`m grateful for their efforts.

No thank you! You were "that guy" who put a light on the issue and because of you it`s ultimately been fixed. After you pointed out your account didn`t seem right after we fixed it the first time, it became evident that there was a bigger bug than we initially thought. We can`t fix an issue if we don`t know about it so thanks for waving the red flag.

I`m very new to all this and sure that`s evident. Just beginning to know all of you AUTOPIANS.
From what I`ve learned so far...RAY VEGA U the Man to Thank !!
