Target "DelSol" Cotton Towels

I saw a bag of these towels in Target for 9.99 for 25. They say 100% cotton and made in the USA. I was just curious if anyone else has tried these? Are they good..... I know they are not MF good but I don't have the cash to invest in 25 MF towels to dry the car and my current terry's are looking very beat........

The few delsol items I have purchased I have not been pleased with. Don't have any experience with the towels though, so I can't help you.
 
Don't rely on the cotton logo alone. By law if a manufacturer wants to use the Cotton Inc. logo that product must be in fact 100% cotton, for it is required to send Cotton Inc. samples before they approve use of their trademark. Like all weaved material certain processes can be done to make the cloth pile high or the ends split, so on and so forth. Each process can either add or take away from the cost to manufacturer the item. So what I am trying to say is that the 100% Cotton sheets at the Saint Regis hotel are not going to feel like your Baja Sol terry towels eventhough they both came out of a bag with the Cotton Inc. logo.

So in order to say 100% cotton on anything, they have to send cotton to Cotton Inc.?



Do they have to do it if they are going to put cotton on the label at all?
 
That's too bad. Not that I'd seen them up here, but I was kinda hoping that the made in the US part would help. Most 100000 for $10 towel packs have the towels made in Pakistan or India... or worse yet, say "made in Pakistan OR India". :p
