What are you guys using to remove tar?



Is Stoner's Tarminator still one the best products (more or less) for for removing tar?



Anyone ever hear of Bug & Tar Remover by Lifter?

stoners is still my favorite too... surf city grime destroyer is good stuff too, but expensive compared to tarminator.

I used the B+T stuff from Turtle Wax (green bottle) because I needed an OTC prouct and it worked well for me as well as cheap.

I use Tardis. Tar just melts away. Cant get it from any distributors in US though. Got mine through an individual in Canada.

Another vote for Stoners Tarminator ... widely available OTC, reasonably priced, and effective.

P21S zips right through it. If I hit a nasty patch I hit it with Purple Power and rinse thoroughly as soon as the tar is cleaned off.

I have used it before as well. Works good but it stinks.



I also keep TW Bug & Tar on hand. Good stuff for OTC. Just spray and let sit, then come back a few mins later and wipes right off.

Stoner's Tarminator or P21S TAW. Or like the one guy said, kerosene.



Suggestion: stay away from Meg's Body Solvent . . . it's about the same strength as distilled water.
