My mom drives an '04 Impala and she came to me today saying that she drove through an area they were doing something with the roads... and alas she has a bunch of tar on the drivers side!
I've tried the normal wash, figuring it wasn't on there too terribly long, I've tried Turtle Wax bug & tar, and I've tried a cleaner wax... it's still there, any suggestions?
