swirl/marring?

I have a fiberglass tonneau cover on my truck and noticed that when the dealer put it on, they cleaned it prior to installation. They swirled it a little bit, just wondering what anyone might recommend to remove the swirls / marring in it. It is dark blue. I have a PC but not a rotary.

When I had my fiberglass tonneau cover, I treated it like the rest of the paint. SSR's with a polish pad for me.

I use Poorboy's SSR line too but i generally use a cutting pad. Specifically for swirls, I'd start with 2.5 and see if that did the trick. Then step down to ssr1 if need be - on some paints it doesn't seem to be needed.
