Swirl Mark Removal

Can someone please give me some advice on removing swirl marks on a white vehicle. The guy that did said he did not use a buffer on my truck. I am scared to let anyone else touch my truck. I would like to know what products i need to try this, any help is appreciated.
 
1) you will need a buffer to remove them



2) a pro that you will find on this site is worlds better then the person who did your truch before



3.)try a search as there are 1000's of threads about swirl removal
