swirl help

just got my g37 2 weeks ago and im seeing alot of swirls, i think the swirls came from the dealers "wash", when i took it for an oil change and they washed my car for free, next time i wont let them.:mad: i added 2 pics to show you how bad my swirls are, and im thinking of buying this package, and i need to know if i should buy this or not, and I am new at using pc's and udm's. heres a link to the product package i was thinking to get

relax those swirls don't look too bad

and that looks like a great kit to start with to take car of them





why did you need an oil change after 2 weeks?
 
i already have 1,500 miles so at 1,200 oil change needed after break in and also when i do recieve the udm, how will i know how to use it? what speeds, for how long, what polish is first and whats last etc...? thanks for the kind help guys :)
