That's something I've always wondered about. Zaino reccos that you work in the sun and let the product "bake on". Why not klasse? Would the SG permanently stick to the paint if we let it dry on the paint in the sun for an hour or two?

Bill, when are you going to have that problem ever ;)

I would think it would be difficult to apply on paint at a high temperature, I'm sure that if you put it on in the garage let it "haze" then let it sit out in the sun, it won't do much. It might even speed up the cure time, but this is one of those we have to use information on experience by other people, questions.

Having not had a garage for the past 6-7 months, I have been applying Klasse in teh sun with no difficulties. I just let it cure for only 5 minutes.

You end up using a lot more product, as it dries fast on the paint and is difficult to get thin coats. Also, if you let it bake in the sun, it really takes some muscle to remove the residue. I never tried the water tricks on removal the time I left it in the sun, so I am not sure if that would help or not. If you apply a super thin coat leaving it out in the sun to bake will not make it THAT much harder to buff off. So in summary, Iwould never apply in the sun, but if you go thin enough, letting it bake in the sun, won't be a disaster, just a little more tire some.

I have been using both products in the direct sunlight. I mist the applicator of All In One with water and it goes on as easy as it comes off. The glaze is a little tough to remove but I have used it in the shade and in the sun for a fair amount of time and I don't see anything so different about each enviorment.

I am thinking they don't want those people in the Arizona desert to apply Klasse in the sun, it might get a little tough in those tempatures.

This is my new garage queen. I bought it last Christmas to replace my 2005 Acura RL. This is my first paint correction on it, paint was quite hard. Defect correction was done with Makita 9227C/Uber Yellow/Menzerna SIP, and finished off with Flex VRG 3401/LC green/Menzerna P203S. This new Menzerna Powerlock sealant is simply amazing!

Very impressive job. The bimmer looks great:drool5:

Don't you LOVE the Sonax Full Effect? It's the best wheel cleaner that I have ever used. I just wish it wasn't so expensive.

Thank you. BTW, Sonax full effect is not that expensive when you buy it in 5 liter refills...it's much more powerfull then P21S, as safe, yet cheaper...

Very fine work and picture documentation

thank you, David. Hearing it from you means a lot to me...BTW, thanks for IA mixtures tip, it worked out even better then Menzerna Final Inspection...

I need to get some of that Sonax cleaner! Who cares if my only motivation is because it looks so coooool!

The truck looks great! I recently did one of the turbo diesel versions, with 4XX ft lbs it has some serious giddy-up!

Thanks. Sonax Full Effect gel is one of the very best wheel cleaners out there...Powerfull as Megs WB, yet safe as P21S...It's not cheap, but it is well worth it, it's a must for german cars...It does stink though...
