2008 Audi S6, light correction work detail. Did this car a few months ago.

Wheels cleaned with wheel gel 2:1. Tires cleaned with ARO, no tarminator needed this time. Wells treated with APC 4:1. The wheel inners would not come clean 100% unfortunately.

Washed using CG maxi suds. First all trim and badges were agitated with APC 10:1 and lower panels were soaked with APC before washing

Clayed with fine green clay and ONR for lube. The car had a few scratches that needed compounding (just like the 997TT did)

Spot compounded w/ heavy cutting compound in areas that needed attention
Rest of the car was corrected using medium cut polish and polishing pad

the garage was too dark and the paint was too light for any decent 50/50's

Exhaust polished w/ Noxon+ #0000 steel wool

V1 not hardwired again :shakehead:

Applying sealant by hand, apparently deathly serious about it too:w00t:

Little light inside for garage shots. Glass and wheels sealed with Rejex.

Short video walk around...

Thanks for looking[/B]

Nice work!!! I've often thought of buying FK425, I've heard great reviews, but never have tried it.

Many people have testified... "Slicker than Z8." I'd have to feel that to beileve it!!!

Kewl work of the Audi..
one question the brush you used on the front grill.
what brand and where did you get it?
If you don't mind me asking.

Thanx In Advance
Claude

Beautiful vehicle with a top notch detail to match!

The owner should remove those goofy V10 badges on the side, as well as the S6 on the back. Would make it a definite sleeper! :D

It works great on the vette one of my favorite products

The FK425 is a very slick QD. I bough it for the so called "anti static" properties as some others QD's I used attracted dust.

I do find that my car does not dust like it used to sitting in the garage after the 425 wipedwons but maybe I am imagining thingsSleep

The brush im using on the grille btw is the swissvax wheel brush

Great results.

That's the Audi answer to the M5 and they're getting closer!

They already answered the M5... and E 63... latest RS6 (avant wagon) trounces them both to bad we cannot get it in the states or the new TT-RS either.

Ooh damn I forgot about the new kid, panamera turbo. Eh we shall she where he fits in that above category:wink:
