Storing leather covers

I have an extra seat of new leather seat skins that I have acquired a while back that I have been storing inside in plastic storage containers. The fitment is kind of tight, and they don't really lay completely flat inside of the container. I don't want them to get all wrinnkled up from sitting around, so I bought some of the Space Bags that are advertised on TV and sold in stores. Basically they are just giant sized storage bags with a vaccum port section where you can attach a vacuum to pull the air out of the bag.

Before I try these bags out, do you all forsee any problems in storing leather seat coverings in them for a long period of time? Such as the plastic sticking to the leather and transferring on to it, or will the lack of air dry out the leather itself?

Finished leather needs a covering that allows hydration (transpiration and evaporation of moisture), it may be better to store them flat in a cotton bag or covering
