SSR 2.5 Or Dacp?

03COBRA

I miss my 03 Cobra......
I have seen a lot of great results with Dacp, not much of any results on the SSR 2.5! So I'm sort of on the fence about this! I like the Poorboy's products, but I want to make sure I am spending money wisely! So in your opinion, which is better? And why! #9 didn't really work for me, but I have heard some people say to use #9 after Dacp, will that work! Thanks

SSR2.5 is very similar to DACP. It breakdown very nicely when used with a white pad (Lake Country) and you can go directly to a wax or sealant if you desire. Plus, it smells lke grape bubble gum. :D

SSR2.5 is very easy to use breaks down even faster with a yellow pad. And on silver I was able to go from cutting pad to sealant.

I haven't used DACP but I've heard it is lotiony, you can see the abrasives in SSR2.5. Also SSR2.5 can be used in the sun.

Does 2.5 dust at all?

How difficult is it to remove?

Does it splatter a lot?

How easy is it to remove from trim?

I've been toying with the idea of picking some up this week.

I have used DACP and it doesn't seem sticky, more of a lotion...It usually requires a followup w/a finer polish. Just wondering if SSR 2.5 is more aggressive then DACP? :nixweiss

I would also like to know, dedating over what swirl remover I should get. (By hand for me)

^^Answer these guy's questions^^!

:D

1. Not that I've noticed. I work it until it is just about gone.

2. It is very easy to remove, especiially when worked fully.

3. I've only used it with a PC, so splatter wasn't a problem.

4. I try to avoid trim, but I've never had a problem with any of the other SSR products on trim.
