Spring Detailing after Winter Storage

I have had my black 350Z in my heated garage all winter with a Covercraft Dust Top cover. This cover is supposed to be the best that they sell for indoor storage and dust protection.

Before I put the cover on, I washed and waxed the car (Pinnacle Souveran of course). Now spring is here in Rhode Island. I just bought AIO. So even though I just waxed the car before I put the cover on, I want to try AIO/Souveran combo before I took it out.

My question is...Do I have to wash the car again before I do it? Or will I be safe to go right to the AIO since it has been inside the garage under the cover all winter?

I would certainly gently "dust" it off with a MF before AIO if I saw any dust. But I want to make sure it is ok because I do not want to cause any marks or swirls in the paint. It is my weekend toy so I am a fanatic with it.

Absolutely wash it .. Ive learned the hard way that "gently" dusting a Black Car witha MF is a good way to induce swirls and marring. If the dust is NOT bad at all, I would suggest some of Poorboys Spray and Wash before the AIO and Souveran. S & W works wonders between washes so it just might be the product you need right now too !
