Spots?

Hello Forum! I needed help identifying some spots on the hood of my car. They are barely noticeable, and you have to be in the perfect angle with sunlight and position to even see them, but I know they are there. The pic is bad, but I tried to capture them in the first pic (near/around the sunlight spot). As you can see from the other 2 pics, you really cant seem them. Was thinking they are water spots, but don't have that white/milky look. More of a transparent sugar type looking stain/spot. How should I try and remove them?

From the first picture it looks like your paint is dirty? (Top side).

The tiny little specs look like sand blasting/rock chips from highway/high speed driving.
