Spots on my Driver's door

Hey everyone, I am new here, so I'm not sure if this is the correct place to put this. I have some "dots" or "spots" on my driver's side door that won't come off with a normal wash. Do any of you have any suggestions of what I could use to get it off?

Anyone? Someone has to have some idea of how to get these off. Please help

Is that area painted or plastic? Try clay and/or some cleaner like KAIO..

Can you tell if the spots are on top or under the top layer of the plastic/final coat? Also, what's the make, model and year?
