Not many pictures here as the car was in pretty nice shape with minimal defects. The customer was interested in getting the ultimate in protection for his car, so we decided on Opti Coat for the body and wheels, Opti Glass pro on all glass surfaces, and full front end clear bra. Also, a single stage correction was performed to take care of any light defects, and to punch up the gloss prior to the application of Opti Coat. The entire front end was covered with Venture Shield paint protection film including bumper, headlights, hood, fenders, A pillars, and mirrors. Free handing the kit allows a seamless install with film being wrapped around and under all edges.

Thanks for looking!

Such a classy car. Not a big fan of the wheels though. You did a great job on the install. Installing clear bra like that is basically an art. I don't know how you do such a precise job.

Stunning work, but why not Xpel? I never heard anything good about venture shield, but have seen the damage many times.

Really? What have you heard bad about Venture Shield? In my experience it's a great product. We're doing some test work with the Xpel Ultimate stuff, and may start to use it in the future, but for now, Venture Shield has been our staple.

As someone who used Venture for years:

When Venture Shield was not owned by 3m, it was the best product I'd used and in many opinions the best available. After 3m purchased it, I think they made changes to the adhesive and now the product is a real nightmare to use. I don't care how slick I make my slip solution by the time I get to the other side of a bumper it will have bonded to the point where some adhesive will have tacked too much and will leave adhesive behind when I lift to do the final install. It also mars/scratches way too easy.

I am a huge fan of xpel ultimate and Sunktek's top coated(self healing) films. Not only do they install better and easier, but they cut on my plotter easier and better without the protective film over the top.

Btw, nice looking job!
