Sonus FM Bonnetts

I recently detailed my car out and it came out beautiful. However, I really wanted to use the Sonus MF Bonnetts. I tried all four that I had and put them over the Orange Pad as per the destructions, and it crunched in the pads and never had a perfect contact with the paint. This resulted in me removing everything by hand and going through my supply of MF towels alot faster. (I know, I know buy more MF towels.) ;) Has anyone else had thhis problem? Is their a way to fix this issue? THanks in advance.

Did you try using the bonnet over a softer pad? The bonnets are designed to be a snug fit. If they are not snug they will fling off at any speed over 3 or so.

No, I didn't try useing a softer pad. I didn't want to risk messing up any of my pads. The instructions said to use the orange pad. It didn't work to well. I'll wait for further instructions to see if these MF Bonnetts are going to be usefull or not. :confused:
