haven't gotten any sunny weather lately to get any real good pics, took this bout an hour ago.



saturday i hit it with:

wash/clay/wash

green propel with ssr2.5

sealed with megs nxt.



today i went back and added another layer of nxt. still wasnt sunny enough out to get some pics.

Yeah I can see them too. The vertical lines are noticeable if you look closely at the ground in the lower left of either picture, or just to the left of the headlight in the first pic.



Looks great. I'd like to see some pics out in the sun though. I love how detailed cars look in low-light, but cameras are rarely able to capture the moment.
 
ahhh.. i looked at the orginals and they dont have that. jasc paint shop pro was causing that when i resize the images. i retried it with adobe photoshop and i dont see it, however the filesize is 10x larger with adobe photoshop.
 
yeah i just took it out lookin for a place to take some pics but it was so overcast looked like it was gonna rain. guess il just have to wait.. its supposed to rain tonight.. i think il just take my moms car out.. gosh what an obsession

:lol Been there, done that. Normally I can't stand her bland-as-a-ricecake Buick, but when the weather isn't quite up to snuff, I can live with slumming it :o
 
ha! i know exactly what your talking about. When its rainy, i put up with driving around the early 90's civic hatch that we have out back and leave the tC in the garage. The joys of having a beater! of course its been gone over with OCC/OCP/AIO/#26x2.... ugh i can't help myself.



the second picture makes the car look demonic. if you have photoshop go in and see if you can brighten it up a bit and i think the pictures would be alot better.

Still can't tell what car it is. If you can't (don't want to) wait for a sunny day, try pulling into a large gas station w/ lots of lights and shoot your brains out!
