This is a 94 explorer I just did. There is a good chance its one of the worst ive done.

I used lots of high pressure air and 6 fillups with my heated extractor (durrmaid) to get all the stains out(as much as would come out)

I used a mix of greased lightning and krudd kutter.

The outside was just a thorough wash and an AIO.

Damn man, you're going to develop a reputation as the "go to guy" for interiors. Incredible work. I have to ask; do you enjoy interiors? It seems like it (if not you definitely hide it well!).

Yeah I'm not that big of a fan of interiors even though I always do a good job...

Nice turnaround, how much of an improvement is the Duramaid over say a LGCM (reason is, I've been looking at Duramaids, but I'm having a hard time justifying 600 bucks unless it is going to produce significantly better results in 2/3 or less of the time)

P.S. that interior is so typical Maine :)

Same here. My son, on the other hand, not only does excellent interior detailing but he likes doing it too.

Really amazing turnaround. :bow

Thanks for all the comments! here is a brief list of my proccess:

-pre vac

-HP air all seams, vents, carpet stains, embedded sand, door jambs(with a mix of water and GP cleaner)

-then vac again

-pre treat carpets/seats with 10/2 cleaner/water let it sit for a few then agitate with a brush

-Then hot water extract till the water coming out is clean

-do the windows and the dash and jambs again

the durrmaid is much more powerfull the TLGCM it gets hotter has more water pressure and alot more lift. plus you look alot more professional with a real machine. Im in Windham by the way.

I have no idea what they did with that truck, they just bought it used for 1k. they were pleased with how it turned out, they didnt realize that much could be done.

Interiors dont really bother me that much, just follow the same steps and it pretty much always comes out nice.

heres a couple more pics from a couple days ago 02 trail blazer. The door jams arnt done yet, I wanted to get the picture before there were to many shadows.
