I'm lucky to only live about five or six hours drive away from Vegas, so I'm driving down for sure. I'm going to stay at a $16 per night room on Fremont Street (the most fun street in the city, by the way) and spend 20 hours a day trying not to be in that room. lol I don't work for Autogeek or anything, but Dwayne and the crew are good friends of mine and I spend the week in their booth talking to everybody that walks by. I'd love to meet some people from DC this year, so if you are in Vegas for the show then make sure you stop by the booth and say howdy!

guess we'll be spending a lot of time together :D

Is the SEMA show open to the public? If not, how can anyone get in.

It is open to people who work in the industry. If you have a detailing business (I had to show them my business license to get my badge) then you can get in. It isn't too tough to do. A business license in my town costs me about $30 bucks a year.

Max, Mike Phillips, Jason, Anthony aka Jngrbrdman and myself along with a host of car care industry leaders with be at the Autogeek.net Booth no. 11717

You just never know who you will run into at our booth but you can always count on Max being up to something good.
And Doug Lamb from Grit Guard in the background too :D

Every once in a while we venture out with camera in hand. Here I am at the Meguiars booth with Barry Meguiar. The SEMA Show is like the Super Bowl for car guys.

I'll be slumming it down the street from the convention center so I don't have to pay $20 bucks a day to park my car. :) Dwayne, it is up to you and the Autogeek boys to keep me out late and get me back to work early so I don't have to spend too much time in my hotel. LOL

I don't know any of you guys, I sighned up to this forum a few months back to buy some P.B. stuff and get some tips. All that aside I'm there every year and have been for years. I'm on the automotive side of things. Were I display Tire Changers, Balancers, Aligners, etc. If you haven't been to the show, all I can say is wow it's insane and has been growing. Over the last two years not only is it at the sands convention, las vegas convention, they also combined the auto body show at the mandalay bay convention... Big Big Big show and your feet hurt at the end of the day...:crazy2:

I'm usually at apex but this year supposedly to cut cost were going to be in the Snap On booth at sema. I don't no the booth number yet. I'm kinda irittated about the whole thing. Snap on has 1 equipment line under different names and will be competing for the same business. So I won't be working the booth this year, just observing... From a far distance..... Looking for other lines to pick up. I'm an independent factory rep./distributor when I have to.:bigups
