About 6 weeks ago i got my car back from the body shop after getting a door and a bumper replaced and ptainted. (some *** hit me while i was parked in a parking lot.) The car is a Bmw 335i coupe in saphire black.

The car was zainod right before the accident and the paint was in really good condition. I get the car back and there are swirls everywhere. A friend that owns a body shop thinks they color sanded my paint to blend it and then never did a final polish. I was wondering what you all think i should do.

Should i get it polished, or should i just wait for paint to cure and then re-zaino?

anyone in the socal area thats what to take a look let me know.

Had the same very dissapointing experience from a body shop and no I did not take it back, I polished it out myself and probably got better results than they could. After all, if they can't do it right first time, what makes you think they are able to do better the second? But the bad advertizing they got from me won't help their business.

well lets say i took it to a pro, what should i expect to pay? all i want is a polish, i can wax and seal and all that my self. nothing but a polish.
