So I finally got around to trying some Pakshak MFs

...you're missing a unique product.

Can someone campare the Pakshak Ultra Fine MF to CMA's Magic Towel? I have the Magic Towel but I'm always interested in something better.;)

CBT is by far the softest towel I've used but way too fragile for me.:(

Any comparisons would be great for future purchases.

I'd say Ranney's Ultra Fine towels is as plush or even more plush when compared to CMA's Magic Towel.

Next to Autopia CBT towel, the Ultra Fine MF is way plusher. But it's a different class of towel...I think of the CBT more as a final buff towel.

Also, I got a chance to try out Ranney's new applicators...Another WINNER!!!

I'm bringing this back from the dead. I've had a few of the Ultra Fine towels for some time now but havn't used them yet. I was wondering how well they remove wax/sealant? I'll be using my new WG kit soon and was thinking about using one of them to remove the sealant.

Depending on the difficulty of the product removal, I use two different "Ranney Towels." I use the regular Ultra double-sided towel and the Ultra Fine for a total of three levels of plushness.

The Ultra has a less-plush side with more "bite" for initial removal and a plusher side for the second wave of removal.

The Ultra-Fine has to be the softest thing I have ever owned. I use it for the final buff when I think I have already removed everything from the paint -and- for qd'ing.

Take them to your tailor and have some boxer shorts crafted out of the material.

Mmmm, plush unmentionables....arrgghh...

Hmm not a bad idea :) . But really has anyone tried it to remove wax? You guys think it might not have enough "bite" to remove something like WG?

 Now I know why so many of you order from him!

I got some of the Ultra 16 x 16 and one each of the Ultra Fine and Waffle Weave.

The regular Ultras are really soft, but I don't think I have felt anything quite as soft as the Ultra Fine. Unreal!

So far I have been using the towels for wax and polish removal with nice results. I haven't had a chance to use the WW towel though. All in all, definitely a premuim line of products.

I need to get some UF's soon. I have his WW and regular 16x16 U's and love them. How much did you pay for yours?

:nixweiss I'd have to find the invoice. The ultra fines aren't cheap though.

Mantic6t9-the ultra fines really don't have enough bite for carnauba based waxes, but it had no problem removing the Wolfgang sealant.

Terry towels for initial wax rub out followed by the Ranney Ultra-Fine Yellow Towel
