I worked on a SL500 today and it had the typical marring that is way too common with nice cars like this.
Good for us though.
This is the first newer Mercedes I've done with Meguiar's 105 and it proved to be up to the challenge.:bigups
This is one time I liked following the 105 with the 205. I was very pleased with the amount of correction that I achieved for spending less than two hours on the paint. I didn't break out the rotary either. Everything was done with the FLEX polisher. A Four Star 6.5 Orange cutting pad was used for the 105 and I followed up with a white Four Star Polishing pad and the 205.
I used UPP by hand as my LSP and decided to hit the front bumper again with a coat of Ultima Paint Guard after the UPP. I don't know if it makes a difference adding the Ultima to the front bumper but as easy as it is to do I figured it couldn't hurt.
The interior didn't need much but I thought I would throw the after pic in for the heck of it.
