Shelf Life of detailing products...

Sorry if this has been addressed before in a prior thread which I was unable to find. Just like with food, beverages, etc.. is there is shelf life for detailing goods?

I bought a decent size of CG's M-Seal (1 gallon or so) and was curious if it'll go bad. At the rate I'm using it, it seems as if that one container could last me a few years...

Megs says their products should last around 3-5 years. I have some that are older and work fine.

idk about other brands. Only use megs so thats all I worry about. :)

give your products a good shake once a month and keep them at room temperature, away from extreme heat/cold. this is one reason why i like to buy paste if it's offered...

Other than some v1.0 VM (issues related to the plastic bottles IIRC) and some Meg's #34 (left in a *VERY* hot building for years), I can't recall ever having any products go bad as long as the temp stays above freezing. I have a whole lotta stuff that's at least a decade old, and AFAIK it's all OK.
