Went to a car show this weekend and the wind and grime were terrible. In cleaning the car up for the judges I have put small swirls in the paint (black mustang Gt) will Megs scratch by hand work on these over the whole car or is that too much? the blemishes are only visible under the right light and angle. What do you think? I will have to do it by hand when I remove the swirls so let me know what you think will work the best. I have a big show coming up in a month or so.

scratchx was originally supposed to be used only by hand, but now can be used with the dual action polisher (look for the new packaging where it states it on the front). do a small section (use a foam applicator) and work it in till with a good amount of pressure till turns clear, and then wipe away with a mf towel (check your progress). you may have to do a few applications...

if you don't own a PC/UDM, i would suggest purchasing one!

I've used scratch x for a long time, and it's a very good product. I've done it by hand, and by a machine and the results were great. Don't forget add an LSP after using it!

great product for getting under the door handles on cars or anywhere else a machine cannot get to. be prepared to work it a bit and have several applications depending on paint hardness. I find it futile/aggravating/popeye-arm inducing on my Volkswagen. Luckily there are few places machine cannot get to. I could not imagine doing an entire car and getting great results.
