Good Evening All,

Long day, but good day :) ...I arrived at the client's house a little after 9am (long drive). Some of you may recognize the Mazda...I trained him about a month ago. Well, the car hasn't been washed since... :angry student! J/K... He has been VERY busy with work and hasn't had the time to get out and give the 6 the attention it deserves.

I gave it a QEW x 2, coat of Natty's, BnB on the tires, Hyper Dressing in the wells, and vacuumed/wiped down the interior. The shots were pretty impressive due to the amount of soilage ;)

RX Next...

This was definately the main event. 1999 Lexus RX300.

The owner is a smoker and dog owner, to give you an idea of the interior. The interior had its fair share of bumper incidents, but the huge problem was the hood. After an accident about 2 years ago, he went through insurance for a front end replace/paint. Well, the hood and tops of the fenders are dead. The clear is an absolute mess, no gloss whatsoever. I tried compounding and polishing, which did NOTHING. I later gave him advice to get the paper work together from the repair, go to the body shop first, then insurance agency to seek the warranty repair. Here's the damage.

The interior was first though. Lots of ashes, assorted items, and overall grime. I did the headliner as well, but no pics.

-APC/Hi Temp Protein Stain Remover on carpets/mats
-APC 10:1 on everything
-1Z Cockpit Premium on everything
-Gliptone Glass Cleaner

I wish I got better pics because the interior was a wreck...

The exterior was pretty contaminated with tar and bird bombs. The clay barely took it all out. The swirls were minimal because it is not washed very often. Final processes:

-QEW
-Poorboy's Clay with Poorboy's Wash as lube (GREAT combo btw)
-Race Glaze Fast Action Compound in areas with LC Prototype Pad (more on that after a couple more runs) via rotary @ 1500 rpm
-Race Glaze Leveling Compound on entire vehicle with LC Prototype Pad via rotary @ 1500 rpm
-Race Glaze Polish and Sealant (1 product) with LC Polishing Pad via rotary @ 1500 rpm

-BnB on tires/trim
-Hyper Dressing in wells

The Race Glaze products were pretty easy to use and left a nice wet shine. I will make a full review once I have tried them a few times.

Enjoy!

Hey Sean...where do you get your QEW from? Do you order direct from Protect-All? I was looking for some places of L.I. where I can find QEW...but every place that I call has every Protect-All product except for QEW.

OMG never seen a worse rx300, The seats, how do you let a car get that bad. That is horrible the hood looks like it was sand blasted.
