Samsung pays Apple $1 Billion in 5 cent coins.

That would be an interesting way to pay wouldn't it? I'm not an attorney but I'm fairly certain that, under the Uniform Commercial Code (a set of laws and standards that governs business transactions), Apple would not have to accept payment in this manner and could demand a more reasonable method of payment. So like you I would also doubt that this is authentic.

oh no doubt its fake. i will admit that when i first read it i believed it but then i went to google and found out it was not actually true

i was disappointed because that would have been a great way to stick it to em
 
Samsung would have been subject to additional chearges and the courts would have enforced it if it were true. It would not be considered a reasonable payment.

i like my htc just fine. never had an iphone or apple product except for a mac office computer in grad school and i hated it. stupid colored wheel always spinning. haha
