The car was full of swirl marks, RIDS and some deep scratches.

The process was

Mother's clay bar

M105 on 5,5'' LC Green heavy polishing pad with UDM

Menzerna 85RD on 5,5'' LC Black fishing pad with UDM

Sonus paintwork clearness on 5,5'' LC Blue pad with UDM

Nanolex basic paint sealant

Car looks great. Have you had any experience using M205/105 in the sun? I really want to give it a shot, but all the work I do is outside.

Wow man! Makes me want to go back out and actually detail my wife's 2003 Saab Linear with the Sport package. heh Ours is a dark, army green. Looks black from far away, but really cool up close. Great job. I should really start using a rotary more eh? heh

Both work well in the full sun unless you use too much, then #205 especially has a tendency to gum up in some areas. Wipes off with a damp towel and doesn't appear to affect defect removal. The big advantage for me is being able to check for remaining defects and holograms without having to move the car in and out of the sun. Plus the sun will bake out any oils that might be hiding any remaining defects or holograms.

That's great news, I'm going to see if I can track some down locally, I've got a black F350 in the next week or two I'd like to try it out on using the KB method. Thank's a lot guys.

What about dusting of the product though? All of my Meg's stuff dusts up something terrible in direct sunlight on dark cars. The only product I've used that doesn't dust up at all is Optimum, though, to be honest, Meg's and Optimum are all I've tried.
