Rusty Water Stains on a White Car

On another forum this guy had a emergency sprinkler drip rusty water on his car....He has used clay and that didn't take of all off...I'm at a lose as to what to suggest....A chemical based polish like PB PP is one thing that comes to mind...other than that I'm lost?

ProPolish worked for me. KAIO did pretty well.
The only thing I haven't been able to take care of occassionally is red clay drilled into the bumper by the back wheels on white cars after not being washed for 5-10 years.
Other than that, good luck.
