So, while cutting/polishing on a car I have begun to notice that increasing the speed dial while the machine is running and the is sideways (i.e. on a door panel) it has started to make a clicking sound as if some gear teeth have broken loose. It only does it for about 1-2 seconds and is fine. While at constant speed, no clicking sound is heard. I just recently purchased this from Paul as an Open Box on here. Is there something I should do or has anyone else experienced this?
I have checked to make sure the plate hasn`t come loose and it`s good...and the counterweight is tight still as well. If I shake it holding it as if I was polishing a top panel it sounds fine but if I shake it holding it sideways it sounds like something is rattling inside.
