If I was to buy a rotary polisher... what speeds should I be looking for???

Is 1000-3000RPM good enough?

Yep that should be good enough eventhough you will probably never use it over the 1500 rpm range good luck.

Yup. I think my mak goes from 900 to over 5k? Why you would ever need that much is beyond me. I usually use 1500 but every once in a while crank up to 1750, but thats only on really trashed (cough limo's cough).
