Road tar and yellow paint on side or molding!

Its on there pretty good! The yellow paint would not even scratch off! Best way to get it out? i used some tar remover from Turtle wax and all it did was smeared it and it turned all brown! Im thinking a lot of WD40 or maybe even Goo off?

I just took off paint off my dad's TL after he scratched it up against the garge. I used clay, worked ok but the paint was cooked on there pretty good. I used Goo-gone, came off in seconds.
