Rmg + Upp ?

Are they any bonding issues with putting UPP over RMG?

Not in my experience.....Its a good combo for darks.....

I have used it on light colors too and it really gives them a wet look. Bonding issues? I haven't seen any.

RMG then UPP is fine, no issues at all.
