RIDS and Meguiar's M26 questions.

first question is about RIDS:



I keep finding RIDS only on the top of my trunk. Is there something I can be doing to cause them only there? Power washing? I'm at a loss as to why they are there.



and M26:



I applied AG SRP and topped it with M26 and my car looks great. Something I noticed is that IME M26 goes a very short way. And is it okay to top SRP with it?
