Rhino ramps

Are great for detailing the front end of low to ground cars. I use them on my PT Cruiser. It helps the water to sheet when washing. I dont use them all the time but if I need to remove bug residue, clay, polish, front wheels, etc. they really help out.

Now dont laugh: I also use the Simmonize wand. Not all those swirls making attachment just the wand. The wand extends out and has a deflector on the end that seem to increase the spray pressure. This increase in pressure is a good aid in removing bugs and heavier dirt. What I like about the wand is it allows me to spray the hard to get to areas such as wheel wells under bumpers and high roofs ( with the aid of a milk crate). Almost forgot the wand really helps to clean engines because of the increased pressure and its ability to reach.

Just my 2 cents

BTW: the wand helps to reduce bending down and the less bending the less back strain.

I have Rhino Ramps as well, I have never used them for Detailing work though. I typically use them for mechanical work.

I use them on my PT, too!:xyxthumbs

They work great. I wouldn't risk a low-clearance car such as the PT with a regular ramp.;)

:wavey

I use them also, on my lowered Silverado I have to use them in reverse, they are too tall to clear the lower front dam so I have to put the behind the front wheels and back up on it. They do however clear the front dam on my Impala SS.

My C5 won't clear in either direction. Have to drive onto a series of 1" boards first :( They say they are for low cars...I guess not that low :p
