DP's Final Gloss

Quick Detailer

(click picture for product information)

I've actually been using this product for about 3 weeks now. It is simply one of the best Quick Detailers I've ever used. This one does it all. It cleans, lubricates, and protects the paint. I have used it mainly after washes. I spray it onto the wet surfaces of the vehicle and dry it with my Guzzler. I wish I could explain just how slick the surface feels.....and this is on a not-waxed-by-me vehicle.

I used it on my wife's vehicle yesterday. It has only had one coat of NXT Tech Wax and that was over 4 months ago. No other QD's or waxes. It has been washed it NXT Tech Wash weekly. This is a rumored "tough" car wash and NXT is a "rumored" weak wax. I pressured washed the vehicle off. It wasn't that dirty so I just sprayed it down with Final Gloss. No washing at all. I then dried it. My guzzler was barely dirty. I was actually trying to see just how well it lubricated against scratching.

Well, here's the pics to show off this wonderful new product!

It rained this evening here in Blue Ridge. A good time to show off some beading shots. Also, the pollen has been bad here. I noticed none of it on the car after about a 15 minute rain. I'm actually believing it has some anti-static properties. It keeps getting better!

And now the hood.....

(Still showing the depth even with it cloudy outside.)

And now the flash shot. No marring! I haven't polished in four months either.

I did not get this for free.

This is an attempt to start over. If you don't like me or what I use, please PM me.

Mods do what you wish with that other pathetic thread.

Thanks to my supporters. Luckily there are more of you than my haters.

Hey Justin

Question about the DP Final Gloss. I use thier 4n1 for no rinse washing but also use another dlution of it as a QD.....What are your thoughts on what the difference is between the two?

I can vouch for this product, it's actually really good. It's more along the lines of a spray wax IMO instead of a QD.

Thanks For the great review . I've tried a few DP product and really liked them. Hope those few didn't ruffle to much . We should all realize that most of us would not compromise ourselves for a bottle of detailer.

Brandon!! Whats up with the truck?

I ended up having to write the $3000 downpayment on the parts and stuff b/c the insurance co. is wont send the check until the accident is "investigated". I GOT HIT IN THE FRIGGIN REAR! How much more work does that take.

Anyway the truck went in thurs and I should have it back next week sometime.

Sorry Justin for jacking the thread.:nana:

:werd: Why would anyone here push a bad product? It isn't like they wouldn't be found out once others try it.

Nice review Justin. I may have to grab a few products from DP. I still have a few of the first generation DP products and have been very happy with them.

Also, glad (and not particularly suprised!) to see how NXT is holding up. :)

Justin:

I know that you haven't checked into the thread.....but when you do could you address my questions? Thanks bro!! If it's any consolation at all I truly appreciate everything you do here! It's people like you that have helped me make my customers happy!! :goodjob

Yeah I have the DP soap for my foam gun, among a few other DP products, you get alot of product for your money, this looks like another winner.

Justin, do you consider this a topper such as Pinnacle CM, AW, etc., or do you think of it more the lines of a cleaning QD?

It can be both. I used it on a fresh vehicle with no wax and it did well. It really shines on one that has been waxed before. I wouldn't depend on it as a true LSP though.

4in1 has more cleaning power but no wax in it for any enhancement.

I'm actually experimenting with a half&half version of both as we speak!

I bet I will not be let down!

Thanks Scott. Means a lot coming from you but you of all people know what it's like to be under fire when just trying to be honest.

NXT is one damn fine product. You know and a lot of others do too.

Thanks bro!
