To start, I need to apologize for not having any photos of the products in use, but I don't think I would have been able to do the review any justice (by no means am I a photographer) if I had tried to post any.
It was cold here, so the wash routine was a quick spray down at the quickie / high pressure car wash down the street, followed by a drive home, and the drying in the garage.
This is where the first product (review) came into play.
I spritzed the Chemical Guys Speed Wipe (Anti-Static) Quick Detailer on the wet car (not the actual use, but I tried it & it worked great) to be used a a drying aid, and it left the paint smooth & streak free. Very Impressed!
Waxed: Went over the car with Zaino AIO (by hand) to clean the paint & prior Meguiars Gold Class Carnauba Plus Premium Liquid Wax. Next came the LSP, Blackfire Wet Diamond, All Finish Paint Protection (first time used & VERY impressed - I was / am a long time Zaino user).
Wheels & tires were clean, but needed detail, so I sprayed them down with Sprayway Glass Cleaner and wiped down with an old MF towel, cleaned the barrels by spraying & scrubbing with an old MF towel wrapped around a wheel wollie.
This is the second part of the review.
I used the Chemical Guys Extended Life New Look Trim Gel to dress the tires. They turned out AWESOME with just one coat - a nice natural shine that wasn't to glossy (just enough shine to accent the WET/ SHINNY (Blackfire) black paint on the car). I was so happy with the look, that I put a coat on the textured black plastic diffuser (back bottom between exhaust) and LOVED the look it gave. I'll definitely continue this! Also, as wheather / temperature permits, I plan on trying this on a few other surfaces such as the textured black plastic cowl below the windshield, along with some of (if not all) the rubber trim (door & window) around the car.
Overview:
Both are wonderful products & I would recommend anyone to at least give them a try!
