Reverse Paintless Dent Removal?

In the picture you can see a small bump or ridge has formed from a small dent in the corner of the car. Although, it doesn't look too bad, I'd rather get it fixed. Is it possible to push this ridge back in cheaply? Like using paintless dent? Or is it gonna cost me more than it is worth?

Thanks.

That looks like it's on a plastic bumper which is different than metal but you still may be able to get it out. I've used a heat gun before and got small dents out of plastic bumpers , I just slowly heat the surface up and use a small paint roller to roll the dent out. A PDR guy may have a system for these plastic bumpers so I'd give them a try first.

Hmm.. I finally got a chance to try to heat up the bumper and try to push it back in. The thing won't budge. It just keeps popping back out. Do you guys know of any other options?

Also, if I had a professional work on this, how much would you expect to have to pay?

How would they get the bumper back into shape anyways and would they paint the whole bumper afterwards?

Thanks!
