This weekend I spent some time with the old car, washing it, then with the PC using DACP (cutting pad) twice, then #9 with polishing pad, then #7 with polishing pad, then a slick coat of P21S by hand with a foam applicator and a PakShak MF Towel.

I have no before pics, but the hood was completely covered in swirls that made it look like a spider's web. The process worked, as you can see! Hope you can tell from the pics...

very nice:xyxthumbs any thoughts on topping the #7 with P21s? I've been very happy with just P21s, but have been giving some thought to trying #7.

jcattarulla,

Nice work on the black bimmer! :bow

I just love a shiny black car. It is so satisfying to make a swirled black car look shiny and slick again.

Keep up that great shine! :xyxthumbs

Nice work! :xyxthumbs :bow

I still maintain that nothing levels paint like Meguiars Body Shop Pro and Mirror Glaze products. DACP and Swirl Free are two products I consider indispensible!

Hi jcattarulla, :)

Very nice job! I like the reflections. I too like using DACP with my PC 7336 with a CMA yellow cutting pad.

Scottwax,

Thanks for the compliment! I consider you the ultimate in results, so it means a lot, coming from you.

DS01C5,

That's what I do, I used DACP twice, then #9 once , then #7 glaze, then topped with P21S. The results are there for you to see, so if you like it, then give it a try.

Good luck!
