[request] Inspection sheet. Outlined image of top, sides, front and rear of car

Hopefully, someone can help me out. I need an inspection sheet(s) that has an outlined image of a car(suv too if you have one) that shows the top, left and right sides as well as the front and back.

I'd say make your own, but some people are too lazy or unknowledgeable to do so. Those from Applied Colors are okay, very simple to use, and "user friendly" I guess, but they just look too amateur for me. They look like the stock template from Quickbooks for all their forms. If anything, use the ones already posted for a starting point and go on your own to edit them and make them your own.



I'm not saying your check-in/estimate sheets need to look like a brochure, but it's a simple form that you can seriously make with 5 minutes of effort in MS Word.
