As the title says I am looking for any pics anyone has of optimum tire shine. I am looking at getting some but am worried that it might be to glossy?

Thanks

not to go too far off topic, but i think any dressing, as long as u keep going over the dressed area with the same applicator until it absorbs the excess, will look satin and rich.

i have found that to be true. the ardex tire dressing we use at work is called ice blue. when i spray it on, it dries very shiny, but if i aplly with an applicator it is more a flat shine. i hope this helps any.

i always apply with an applicator. but if i keep passing the same applictor over the sidewall it gives a very even sheen, and the foam just absorbs the excess.

i like their products. i find them easy to work with and inexpensive. i am sure their products might not compare to some other brands that our sponsors sell, but for the bulk that dealers use it is not always possible to get the very best. i am pleased with what you can do with theirs.

my friend used to be a detailer for a ford dealership n they used ardex for everything you can possibly imagine including the tires. since then the place burned down but he still uses ardex on his cars n cars he details. so imma guess its pretty good.
