Removing Scratches

I have a Tuxedo Black Metallic 2010 Mercury Milan that has a scratch on the front bumper that is very fine & i tried to remove it with Megiuars Scratch X 2 & Ultimate compound.

The scratch is still there.

What is the best way or product to remove it ?

Can you feel it with your fingernail? If it is very fine, it should have came out with ScratchX 2.0.

No i cannot fell the scratches with my fingernail.

I can hardly see the scratch,but Scratch X 2 & Ultimate Compound wont make them dissapear
