i recomend that you buy a clay bar from your respected company. (Griots has a good clay bar fair price). You first just dowse that infected spot with speed shine or quick detailer and then apply the clay bar to the paint. It might feel like its scrathcing your car but it isn't. Work it and hopefully that should take of it. Thats what i would do, hope i could be of some help let me know how it goes
