Removing fine scratches from plastic stereo faceplate

You know that most stereos, radios in cars have that plastic glass window. Well, I would like to remove some fine hair scratches from the plastic....any ideas what to use for this? I tried using one product on my speedometer and tacometer windows and it put in more scratches?

Plexus works nicely to temporarily cover them up and make the plastic look clear and clean.

Meguiars has a clear plastic cleaner and polish that I've had a lot of great results with.
