Remove etched mark on glass and sealing it

Hi Friends::happy::happy:



I wish take off my glass mineral stains and etch.



Which product do you can recommend me to polish and remove it by hand????



Is very near the edges of the windows and close to the rear view mirror base, I think machine polishing can be very difficult or impossible.
